Supreme Mushroom Complex | Multi-Mushroom Blend | My Balance
Explore Mushroom Nutrition, Simply
Interested in mushroom supplements, but not looking for a cupboard full of separate bottles? My Balance Supreme Mushroom Complex brings ten mushroom ingredients into one two-capsule serving. It is a convenient choice for people who prefer a varied blend, with powders and extracts drawn from both familiar edible mushrooms and species with a long history of traditional use.
Each bottle contains 60 vegetable capsules, providing 30 daily servings. The formula combines four individually measured ingredients with a six-mushroom extract blend, giving you variety in a routine that stays simple.
Cordyceps: A Tradition of Vitality
Each serving provides 266 mg of Cordyceps sinensis mycelium powder. Mycelium is the network of fungal threads from which a fungus grows. Cordyceps has a long place in traditional Chinese wellness practices associated with vitality and stamina, making it a familiar choice for people exploring mushrooms in an active-lifestyle routine.
Reishi: A Classic in Mushroom Wellness
Reishi fruiting-body extract provides 266 mg per serving. This mushroom is valued in traditional Asian wellness practices and contains compounds such as beta-glucan polysaccharides and triterpenes. These compounds are studied for their interactions with immune processes, helping explain Reishi's enduring place in multi-mushroom formulas.
Shiitake: From Food Tradition to Mushroom Extract
Shiitake fruiting-body extract provides 266 mg per serving. Familiar as an edible mushroom, Shiitake also attracts interest for its polysaccharides, including the beta-glucan lentinan. These compounds are studied in relation to immune activity. Here, Shiitake adds an extract-based ingredient alongside the formula's powders and other mushroom extracts.
Lion's Mane: Interest in Cognitive Wellness
Lion's Mane fruiting body provides 266 mg per serving. This distinctive mushroom is being studied for its potential role in cognitive health and nerve-related biological processes. Its inclusion makes the blend appealing to people interested in this area of mushroom research as well as traditional mushroom wellness.
Maitake: A Polysaccharide-Rich Mushroom
Maitake extract is part of the additional six-mushroom blend. Also known as hen of the woods, Maitake is an edible mushroom valued for its polysaccharides, including beta-glucans. Research into these compounds explores their interactions with immune processes, adding another well-known species to the formula.
Turkey Tail: A Distinctive Mushroom Extract
Turkey Tail extract adds a species widely studied for its polysaccharide compounds and their interactions with immune function. Its colorful, layered appearance gives this mushroom its name. In this product, it contributes to the variety of the six-mushroom blend.
Chaga: A History of Traditional Use
Chaga extract brings a mushroom with a long history in northern European and Asian folk traditions into the combination. Its polysaccharides and other compounds attract research interest for their antioxidant activity, making Chaga a recognizable ingredient in contemporary mushroom blends.
Royal Sun Agaricus: Another Source of Mushroom Polysaccharides
Royal Sun Agaricus extract, listed as Agaricus blazei, adds another edible mushroom species to the blend. It is studied for its polysaccharides and their interactions with immune processes. Its inclusion broadens the selection beyond the better-known Reishi and Lion's Mane.
White Button Mushroom: A Familiar Species
White Button Mushroom extract, listed as Agaricus bisporus, comes from a familiar edible species. Its polysaccharides are also a subject of research into mushroom compounds. Here, it adds an extract from a everyday culinary mushroom to the wider combination.
Wood Ear: Completing the Selection
Black Fungus extract, listed as Auricularia auricula and also known as Wood Ear, completes the blend. This edible mushroom has a long culinary tradition and adds another species with its own polysaccharide profile. It brings additional variety to the formula's ten-mushroom selection.
Why Choose This Combination?
Supreme Mushroom Complex offers variety without preparing mushroom drinks or choosing a separate product for each species. Cordyceps mycelium powder, Reishi and Shiitake extracts, and Lion's Mane fruiting body each have a stated serving amount. Six further mushroom extracts complete the combination in a compact capsule format.
The traditional uses and research interests described above explain why these ingredients are selected for mushroom supplements. Choose this formula for its ten-species composition and convenient format; the label does not specify standardized amounts of beta-glucans or other individual mushroom compounds.
At PHOENIX, we believe everyday care should feel manageable. A glass of water and a familiar moment before a meal can give this routine a natural place in your day, even when your schedule is full.
